Miracle on 49th Street!
4 years after launching online, accessories line Fine And Dandy, opened a storefront shop in 2012 at 445 West 49th Street, a block not known for retail. Neighborhood favorite Pocket Bar opened a second location, Back Pocket Bar, across the street in 2019. Celebrity stylist, Preston Konrad, opened his retail studio down the block in 2021. Later that year, Fine And Dandy expanded and took over the adjacent space to house the Fine And Dandy Archives showroom. Pat Loughlin opened his vintage clothing business, PDL Vintage, next door in 2023.
To commemorate the opening of Romer Hell's Kitchen, Fine And Dandy and PDL Vintage have curated a collection of vintage original New York City related items. Check back often! Items will be added periodically.

Small Business owners deserve more than just one Saturday a year to celebrate. Our neighbors in Hell's Kitchen are up to rad things, so we're giving them our brick & mortar space for ALL the Saturdays during the holiday season, for pop-ups and shenanigans. Don’t miss out!
Welcome to the Corner Store: Romer inspired designs with Shellz Kitchen
In celebration of our launch of our ‘Corner Store’ that features retail products from local Hell’s Kitchen businesses, local artist, retail designer and neighborhood activist Shellz Kitchen will be onsite live pressing his fan favorite Hellz Kitchen T-shirts. His shirts will be available in the corner-store for sale during pressing and for purchase afterwards.
A Hell's Kitchen Holiday
Join us for a festive celebration at Romer Hell's Kitchen, a neighborhood hotel located on 8th Avenue in the heart of New York City. Get ready for a jolly good time filled with our neighborhood favorites. Decorate our tree, enjoy local artists, taste neighborhood bites and help us Love Thy Neighborhood.
All donations will be contributed to our Love Thy Neighborhood giveback initiative.
