Every Saturday from 9 AM - 10 AM enjoy a complimentary Ass & Abs class with our friends at Body Balance.  A poolside workout focused on lifting and building a buoyant derrière and firming up the abs. Get ready for a high-intensity class (but totally all-level appropriate). Break a sweat knowing the pool awaits post-class.
