With a menu featuring caviar (osetra), oysters on a half shell (kusshi or kumamoto), chicken karaage, cocktail shrimp, spread for charcuterie, and foccacia bread.

Additional 855 beverages are available for purchase, however, The Winter Garden Room menu is limited to the holiday chef selections.
