At 300 SF, up to four can stay comfortably with two queen beds and crisp Kassatex local linens, under thoughtfully hung artwork by FIT alumni. An eclectic collection of custom designed furniture including a work and dine nook is perfectly situated for neighborhood viewing of the Theater District and Hell’s Kitchen.

A contrasting black-and-white tiled bathroom gives every room a taste of both classic and contemporary living. Hearing accessible rooms offer visual alarms, and mobility accessible rooms offer roll-in rain showers and grab bars.
