Romer House Waikīkī has partnered with local neighborhood coffee staple, Cowrie Coffee (@cowriecoffee), to bring a new, health-conscious coffee option to Waikīkī. Founded by a local surfing family that emphasizes sourcing ingredients locally and organically, Cowrie Coffee offers guests locally roasted coffee beans from Kailua Town Coffee Roasters, bagels from Big Time Bagels, and pastries from Baker Dudes, alongside house-made vanilla and lavender syrups and house-made cashew milk.
