Floating Soundbath
The meditation is 45 minutes with guidance from our instructor from Body Balance. The class is best enjoyed on a raft in the heated pool, there is additional seating around the pool or on a lounge chair that also offers a meditative relaxing experience. Sound baths help promote relaxation, resting, and recovery.
